Need to get back my applications or reset blackberry?

Question by Luis V: Need to get back my applications or reset blackberry?
I was messing around with my Blackberry Pearl the other day and I hide all my applications, and now if i press the blackberry button it gives me an error screen with only the option to reset. I need a way to access the options menu somehow but it's hidden. Also my two convenience keys are text messages and phonebook if that helps in any way.

A complete reset would be fine also.
