I have a unlocked Storm and When I attempt to go to the App Retailer (Do I will need to Pay for the Apps) It says "Upgrade your service to a program that incorporates Browsing and uncover a planet of possabilities at BlackBerry App planet . Get in touch with your service provider for details ." what are Apps ? are they games ?

And The GPS . I have AT&T will the GPS function ?
