from "small foods" party @ Whole Gallery, H+H bldg, B-more, Dec '08. snacks presented "marshmellow roulette" as a small food. we made about 400 stuffed and chocolate dipped mini-marshmellows. there were 20 stuffings - garlic, walnut, gummibear, caramel, asian tangerine candy, dry chili pepper, anchovy, andy capp's hot fry, blackberry, lime rind, etc etc - the list goes on. some flavors work well,
