how to download applications to blackberry storm...?

Question by okkiexpoke: how to download applications to blackberry storm...?
i just got the BB storm and when i go to the app. center and try to download apps like facebook or myspace, they come up with "unable to connect to the selected mobile data service, please try again later. if the problem persists please contact your admin."

is there something i need to do first? what's missing?
