I have the Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330. I downloaded themes and games off of sites, but when I go to the Blackberry Desktop Manager, it connects and I click on Application Loader, it loads, and then says connected, but it says "The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for that device that you have connected to computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system
