How to access programs menu using Blackberry custom theme?

Question by Calc-Tech LLC.: How to access programs menu using Blackberry custom theme?
I installed a custom theme for my blackberry (OS 4.5) and there is no way to access the applications list. Is there a default hotkey to access the programs list? I cannot do anything except open the programs at the home screen and nothing else. Thank you in advance.
I have a Blackberry 8703 (8700 series). I suspect that the theme I installed is for 83xx. Perhaps this is the issue?
