Question by Keeks: I dropped my Blackberry Torch! Really need help?
I got it yesterday and didn't charge it as it said. I went to curch, switched it off, then switched it on after, then I dropped it on the ground, on the tarmac.

Then..my sister played games on it, then because the battery was low, it switched off.
It's spent a number of hours on the charger now, like 6-7 and it's still not switching on or responding.
Could it be dead? What should I do?
